Our team is led by Effenus Henderson, whose work with global organizations, including collaborations with the United Nations, has set a standard for excellence in the DEI field. Our consultants bring diverse backgrounds and deep expertise to every project, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and guidance as they work toward transformative change.
As a highly sought-after thought leader, Effenus Henderson brings unparalleled expertise, having served as the convenor for the working group that developed the first global standards in Diversity and Inclusion. He works and collaborates with prominent organizations such as the Institute for Sustainable Diversity and Inclusion, The Inclusion Allies Coalition, National Organization for Minority Architects, and many others to drive transformative change across industries.
